Gold - Complete garden transformation

Service Description

This is the complete garden transformation service. I will be with you every step of the way from initial consultation and design brief, site survey and soil analysis to design detail, tendering to landscapers, and certain site visits to inspect the build progress. Gold service also includes detailed sketch plan, collaborative material selection, planting plan, plant list and maintenance schedule; an optional free quote to supply the recommended plants*, a selection of 3D perspectives of your garden and 2 rounds of revisions included at concept review (with any further revisions set at an hourly rate). This service also includes a comprehensive landscaper pack to help them build the design vision correctly to specification. This pack can include: specification, setting out plans, drainage and levels, lighting and irrigation plans. Construction drawings can also be included within this service for an additional fee. *Please note, the cost to supply the individual plants is not included within the Gold service cost as it will vary significantly depending on project, varieties, quantities and sizes.
